Information you give us
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, phone number, email address, inquiry topic and message you enter. We use it to reply to you and to discuss items you may want to sell. The form sends your message to a Buzz'd Buys business mailbox through Cloudflare's email delivery service; the website does not keep a separate database of submissions. Please do not put payment details, ID numbers or other sensitive information in the form.
If you call, text, or email us, we receive what you send and your contact details.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and referring page, to deliver the site, keep it secure and measure traffic. Cloudflare may also use cookies or similar technologies for security.
Cookies, analytics and advertising measurement
We use Cloudflare Zaraz to manage third-party tools. Tools that are not necessary to run the website are grouped into two categories that load only if you agree:

If you choose these categories, those providers may receive identifiers such as cookie or device IDs, your IP address, page and event information (for example, that you clicked "call" or submitted the form) and browser details, and may combine it with information they already have about you under their own privacy policies. We do not send your name, email address or phone number to these providers from the website, and we do not use automatic advanced matching or enhanced conversions.
Where Google tools are used, we set Google Consent Mode so that analytics and advertising storage stay off until you opt in.
Your choices
- Consent preferences. You can accept or reject analytics and advertising when the consent banner appears, and change your mind any time using . Rejecting is as easy as accepting.
- Browser controls. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and use signals such as Global Privacy Control where your browser supports it.
- Ad settings. Each ad platform offers its own controls for personalized advertising, for example in your Google, Meta or other account settings.
How we share information
We share information with service providers who help run the site and our business (Cloudflare for hosting, security, tag management and email delivery; Google for the business mailbox we receive inquiries in), and with the analytics and advertising providers listed above if you opt in. We do not sell your contact-form details. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and customers.
Retention
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and manage our business, and then delete them as part of normal housekeeping. Data held by analytics and advertising providers is kept under their own policies and settings.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, the contact form is protected against spam and abuse, and access to our business mailbox is limited. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to opt out of certain uses such as targeted advertising. Contact us at info@buzzdbuys.com and we will respond. We do not need you to create an account to make a request.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
